In order to prevent potential online fraud and ensure that funds are returned to the customer’s personal account, withdrawals are only processed via payment methods that have previously been used by the customer for deposits in the past. In cases where the deposit method cannot be used to withdraw you will be offered a suitable alternative.
Withdrawals must be over €25 or currency equivalent.
SEPA bank transfers will be charged a 15 EUR fee.

The Processing Time is how long the withdrawal takes to leave our banking system and relates only to KYC verified accounts with no suspicious activity.
The Withdrawal Process

At this stage your account is scanned for suspicious or unusual transactions and betting patterns, so no need to worry about this if you only use our service for legitimate entertainment.
You will receive an email letting you know your withdrawal has been processed successfully.
Working days are classed as Monday to Friday 6am to 4pm GMT, excluding Maltese bank holidays. If your withdrawal is requested outside of working hours, the processing time will begin on the following working day.
IMPORTANT NOTE: It is your responsibility to provide the correct information when requesting a withdrawal, incorrect information will lead to delays in you receiving your money, so please double check.

In some cases, for safety reasons we might implement a credit card check or an identity check. You will be informed by e-mail about this, or you might be asked to verify your identity on our web site upon requesting a withdrawal. Don't worry, it won't take a lot of time.
